Nous commençons notre balade vers le port et dans la ville, c'est magnifique.
Du bleu, du blanc....
des buissons de fleurs

40 minutes later, we arrive in Paros Parikia, the main town of the island. We get transfer to our accomodation, Sirocos. The place is a bit outside of the city, but actually only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is a quiet spot. There are quite a few rooms there, there is even a swimming-pool. Our room is fairly large and has a big private terrace.
We start our stroll by the seaside, port and in the city.
Paros also has a few windmills.
The streets of Parikia are beautiful, the main colours being white and blue.
Lots of flowers and plants everywhere.
The churches are also in white and blue.

The whole island has a population of almost 13.000 inhabitants.

The town is fairly quiet in the afternoon, it is very hot, so most people stay inside until at least 4-5 pm.

Room price: 24 € + 3 € per person for breakfast (optional)
Of course, the price depends on the season, May is still low or medium season on most islands.
In July and August, it can be 3 times higher!
